Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, tailored to the Finnish market.
- Assist customers with a variety of inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Provide feedback to the team to continually improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Document customer interactions to track performance and enhance support processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
- Interest in connecting with diverse cultures and enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
