This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer support and are ready to assist users with their ride-sharing needs. As a part of our customer service team, you will communicate effectively with customers in Dutch to ensure a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, account management, and app functionality via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist users with trip-related issues, fare calculations, and driver-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or ride-sharing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
