Job Overview
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with strong Nordic language skills to join our international customer support team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
C1–C2 or higher proficiency in a Nordic language
B2 or higher level of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude
Basic computer and multitasking skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
