Compensation: $50-$150 per hour

Experienced Software Engineering professionals are invited to contribute to high-impact research initiatives in collaboration with leading AI research organizations. This role focuses on improving next-generation AI systems through technical evaluation, code validation, prompt refinement, and model benchmarking. It offers a unique opportunity to apply real-world engineering expertise to advance intelligent systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code outputs.
• Assess algorithms and software concepts for technical correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
• Provide structured, high-quality feedback on solution design and implementation.
• Debug, test, and validate code across multiple programming languages.
• Tag, classify, and organize technical content by topic, complexity, and language.
• Support benchmarking and evaluation efforts to measure and compare AI model capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or technical content development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and validating production-quality code.
• Strong attention to detail with comfort in technical documentation and structured feedback.

Engagement Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1–2 months (extension possible based on performance and project needs)
• Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours per week), with flexibility up to 40 hours per week
• Work Model: Fully remote with flexible scheduling

Selection Process

• Short AI-led interview (~15 minutes) to understand technical background and role fit
• Follow-up communication with onboarding details

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor engagement
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services delivered
• No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on requirements and performance
• Visa sponsorship (H1-B, STEM OPT) is not available for this role
