We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern web applications within the insurance and financial services domain. As part of a high-impact engineering team, you will work closely with product, design, and backend stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces. This role involves owning frontend features end-to-end, contributing to architectural decisions, enhancing existing products, and ensuring seamless performance across devices and browsers in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries to support scalable product development
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Enhance and optimize existing insurance and financial services products
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and analytics tools
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Optimize frontend performance through best practices in rendering and state management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and development practices

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong hands-on experience building complex frontend applications
• Deep expertise in ReactJS fundamentals such as hooks, state management, routing, and component architecture
• Solid experience with NextJS, including server-side rendering and performance optimization
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript concepts
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or similar patterns
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend communication
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools, pipelines, and version control
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and modern authentication methods (e.g., JWT)
• Experience with analytics integrations and performance monitoring
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong ownership and accountability
