Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: €1,400 gross/month per 14 months
Performance Bonus: Up to 20% monthly

Role Overview:
As a Tech Support Specialist for the German market, youll be the first point of contact for German-speaking users. You will help with setup, troubleshooting, subscription management, and also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role combines technical support with customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Handle ~25 inbound contacts/day via calls & emails using 7 internal tools
Assist German-speaking users with:
Product downloads, installations, and activations
Account inquiries and subscription renewals
Manual purchase guidance
Basic troubleshooting via remote support tools
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Work toward performance targets
Progress to premium technical support after proven success (virus removal, device optimization, Ultimate Helpdesk)
Requirements:
Languages:
German: C1 (native or near-native)
English: B2+ (for training & internal tools)
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year in customer care or tech support (preferably tech-related)
Strong oral & written communication
Solid PC literacy (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus software, internet applications
Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Remote after completion of 18-day on-site training
