As a representative, you will communicate with customers primarily in Portuguese, assisting them with various inquiries related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to online marketplace products, order statuses, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide comprehensive information on product specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and refunds while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in online shopping and the marketplace's offerings to deliver effective support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
