As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, helping them navigate the marketplace and addressing their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding product listings, orders, returns, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about marketplace policies, transaction processes, and customer services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends and updates to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or online marketplace environments.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
