Job Description

Our client, a leader in the consumer electronics industry, is looking for dynamic, customer-centric professionals to join their remote team. If you're a native Polish speaker with excellent communication skills in English, we want to hear from you! Location: Remote – anywhere in Greece
Salary: €1,100 gross/month + productivity bonus up to €150
Salary after 3 years: €1,150 gross/month
Training & Work: Fully remote, from home
Training Duration: 11 full working days, fully paid
Additional pay: Sundays and public holidays +75% per hour, night shifts +25% per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims for consumer electronics.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate issues when necessary to maintain the highest service standards.
  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language Skills:

  • Polish (C2) – Native-level fluency.

  • English (B2) – Intermediate communication skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month

Relocation Packages (Choose your plan)

To support your move to Greece, we offer two relocation options:

1. All expenses covered – flight ticket, hotel accommodation upon arrival, and real estate agency fee

2. €250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee – ideal if you already have accommodation arranged
