Operations Manager (Data & Automation)

Job Description

We help companies streamline vendor management, optimize software costs, and centralize contract data through

our proprietary internal platform.

We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in data-heavy

environments, loves creating structure from chaos, and can build automated systems that

scale.

What You’ll Own

1. Data Operations (Primary Focus)

• Clean, validate, and maintain complex datasets
• Consolidate fragmented vendor, contract, and spend data into a unified structure
• Build systems to ensure data accuracy and freshness
• Create repeatable processes for detecting cost optimization opportunities

2. Internal Workflow Automation

• Build and maintain automations in Zapier, Make, and internal tools
• Improve contract workflows and intake processes
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual steps across operations
• Develop “fail-safe” automation logic with clear alerts and QA paths

3. Operational Process Design

• Map out internal processes end-to-end
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for speed and reliability
• Document processes in a scalable, readable format
• Collaborate with the CEO to evolve Techsource’s internal operating system

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in operations, data operations, BizOps, RevOps, or similar
• Demonstrated experience cleaning messy datasets and implementing structure
• Strong Airtable and/or low-code database experience
• Strong experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
• Ability to break down ambiguous workflows and rebuild them elegantly
• Excellent communicator with crisp documentation habits
• Comfortable working directly with the CEO in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Skills

• SQL
• Light scripting (Python, Javascript, or Sheets scripting)
• Experience with contract data, vendor management, or finance ops
• Startup or procurement experience
