As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating the ride-sharing app, addressing their inquiries in Polish while providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the ride-sharing platform, including account management, ride requests, and service features via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide clear guidance on app functionality, payment methods, and promotions.
• Assist users with troubleshooting issues they may encounter while using the platform.
• Resolve complaints and ensure a positive experience for all users.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve technical issues as necessary.
• Stay informed about company policies, industry trends, and customer service best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-driven environment or ride-sharing industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Availability to relocate or work in Greece as part of the role.
