• Assist customers with account setup, cancellations, and service modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant assistance and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly with subscription-based services, is preferred.
