Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and content availability via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide support on technical issues, account management, and troubleshooting for users.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing to ensure smooth subscription experiences.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, focusing on delivering outstanding service and support.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for thorough follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address customer issues effectively and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest streaming trends, new content, and features to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in streaming services or tech support, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
