We invite an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of complex, high-impact retail POS initiatives. In this role, you'll oversee and support several project managers, ensuring consistent and high-quality results across projects. You’ll leverage your expertise to standardize processes, improve metrics, and enforce delivery governance, enhancing operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.

✅ Is that you?
- 7-10 years of overall project and delivery management experience with proven experience in the IT services sector
- Hands-on, execution-focused delivery management background
- Direct management of 2-3 project managers and experience overseeing delivery teams of 30–60 people
- Deep involvement in day-to-day delivery operations and execution
- Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
- Strong financial management skills, including forecasting and budgeting
- Solid expertise in scope, risk, schedule, and dependency management
- Experience implementing and enforcing delivery governance frameworks
- Experience defining, tracking, and improving delivery metrics and reporting
- Global delivery experience with distributed, multicultural teams
- Strong people management and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Payments, POS, or merchant services industry experience
- Prior involvement in supporting pre-sales activities
- Valid US travel visa and flexibility for occasional travel to the United States
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll oversee delivery across retail POS initiatives, supporting several project managers and ensuring their teams deliver results efficiently and consistently.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple retail POS initiatives
- Manage and support 2-3 project managers, ensuring consistent execution across their teams
- Monitor and manage delivery across scope, schedule, risks, and budgets
- Track, analyze, and improve delivery metrics and reporting, standardizing processes across teams
- Implement and enforce delivery governance practices to ensure operational consistency
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, escalating as needed
- Collaborate with global, multicultural teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Provide delivery expertise and input during pre-sales activities as needed
