Job Title: Social Media Manager

Work Shift: Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) / Flexible hours

Working Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and highly independent Social Media Manager who can lead our organic growth efforts across Instagram and TikTok. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, medically accurate content development, competitor benchmarking, and strategic content planning. The ideal candidate has experience in telehealth, wellness, or medical-related industries and can produce high-quality posts with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand organic content for Instagram and TikTok
• Conduct accurate medical research and reference credible literature to ensure all content is medically sound
• Benchmark against top competitors and identify opportunities to elevate organic content performance
• Plan and develop a cohesive content roadmap aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
• Work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output without the need for daily supervision
• Collaborate inside ClickUp for content planning, task management, and workflow updates

• Utilize Buffer for content scheduling

• Use AI research tools and other literature databases as part of the content development process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management with a focus on organic growth
• Background in telehealth, wellness, or medically oriented content is highly preferred
• Strong research skills with the ability to interpret medical/scientific sources
• Excellent writing, content creation, and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain output quality
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in suggesting new ideas
• Familiarity with current social trends, algorithms, and competitive positioning on Instagram/TikTok
