About the Role:
We are hiring a Chief of Staff (EOS Integrator) to serve as the operational backbone of the agency. This is an executive-level role acting as the founder’s right hand, responsible for aligning vision, people, and processes.
You will be the “glue” that holds the organization together, ensuring priorities are clear, teams are accountable, and operations run smoothly. This is not an assistant role and not hands-on execution. You will have the authority to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement scalable systems that improve both internal performance and client delivery.
This role requires leadership maturity, strong judgment, and experience operating inside growth-stage companies or agencies.
