Our Client:

Our client is a growth-stage digital marketing agency in the US that helps businesses scale through data-driven marketing strategies and execution. Their services span Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social Media, Web Development, and Web Design, with a strong focus on operational excellence, accountability, and long-term client partnerships.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff (EOS Integrator) to serve as the operational backbone of the agency. This is an executive-level role acting as the founder’s right hand, responsible for aligning vision, people, and processes.

You will be the “glue” that holds the organization together, ensuring priorities are clear, teams are accountable, and operations run smoothly. This is not an assistant role and not hands-on execution. You will have the authority to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement scalable systems that improve both internal performance and client delivery.

This role requires leadership maturity, strong judgment, and experience operating inside growth-stage companies or agencies.


What you will do:

EOS Leadership & Team Accountability

  • Act as the EOS Integrator, leading execution of the Entrepreneurial Operating System across the organization.
  • Facilitate weekly Level 10 (L10) meetings, ensuring Rocks stay on track and priorities are clear.
  • Drive the IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process to remove blockers and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure team members are consistently in the Right Seat.
  • Facilitate constructive conflict resolution and promote a culture of radical accountability.

Agency Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day agency operations to ensure seamless delivery across Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social Media, Web Development, and Web Design.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to align priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Proactively monitor delivery, identifying risks or delays before they impact client satisfaction.

Talent Advocacy & Recruitment

  • Lead hiring efforts to attract and retain A-players aligned with the agency’s values and standards.
  • Own strategic onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate quickly, understand expectations, and reach productivity milestones.

Systems, Processes & Efficiency

  • Own and optimize operational systems, with a strong focus on ClickUp for accountability and workflow management.
  • Improve cross-team communication, reduce friction, and ensure clarity around ownership and outcomes.
  • Track time and operational efficiency using tools such as Everhour.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Operations, Project, Delivery, or Agency Management within a digital marketing agency or professional services environment
  • Strong EOS experience (Integrator role, facilitation, or implementation) OR a senior background in marketing agencies / professional services (one of the two is required)
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and agency delivery models
  • Advanced experience with ClickUp preferred (Monday.com or Asana acceptable alternatives)
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and highly accountable leader
  • Advanced English Level.

Benefits

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Salary : $4,000 USD Monthly
  • 100 % Remote work environment
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
