Vice President of Sales - Health Plans
The Vice President of Sales - Health Plans will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and have responsibility to develop and grow health plan business to exceed sales goals for Vatica and Cozeva’s risk adjustment and platform solutions. The VP will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals driving business results, sales activities, and cross functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of sales management experience and a history of working with national and regional health plans.

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as an individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $280,000, with an estimated total compensation ranging from $400,000 to $500,000 (annualized USD). These figures represent just one aspect of the comprehensive total compensation package we offer.
