Job Description

This is a full-time, remote position supporting a global travel platform that partners with multiple online travel agencies to provide customers with diverse holiday options and booking solutions.

Role Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor (CSA), you will manage customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office channels.

  • Your tasks will include assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information.
  • Youll ensure each customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support while promoting additional travel services, such as insurance and upgrades.
  • Your role is key in enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the travel experience for clients across different partner platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Client Assistance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and back-office communication channels
  • Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and good command of English
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism sectors is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude
