Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers

  • Provide accurate information and guidance on a wide range of consumer technology products

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions

  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and product replacements

  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication

  • Adapt to changing situations and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in unexpected or challenging situations

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage

Salary

Monthly salary ranging from €1,030 to €1,400 (gross)
14 salaries per year (including 2 extra salaries)
