SEM Account Manager

Job Description

SuperStaff is seeking a highly motivated SEM Account Manager to join our team. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their campaigns are optimized for success. This role requires a blend of deep SEM expertise, client relationship management skills, and proficiency with data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance on SEM campaigns.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.

Ad Creative Technology: Utilize ad creative technology platforms to design and implement engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Data Analysis & Optimization: Leverage Google Sheets/Excel to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, development, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven SEM Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns

with a track record of success.

  • Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ad Creative Technology: Familiarity with ad creative technology platforms and tools.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams.
