Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding payment solutions, transactions, and related services via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide clear and detailed information about product features, pricing, and integration processes.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to payment processing.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient customer follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.
• Promote trust and confidence in our payment solutions by fostering positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the payment solutions or financial technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
