Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative / Virtual Assistant to build and optimize our outbound sales process while driving new business opportunities. This strategic role combines sales development leadership, process creation, and content development, making it ideal for a self-starter who can both execute and innovate our sales approach.
Primary Responsibilities (70% of Role)
Sales Development & Process Building
● Design, implement, and optimize our outbound sales playbook
● Create and refine ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
● Develop multi-channel outreach sequences and cadences
● Build and maintain sales enablement content library
● Research and identify potential clients in need of ecommerce solutions
● Execute targeted outreach campaigns through multiple channels
● Qualify prospects based on our ideal customer profile
● Document best practices and successful approaches
● Train and mentor future SDRs on proven processes
Sales Content Development
● Create compelling sales scripts and email templates
● Design and maintain sales battlecards
● Develop objection handling frameworks
● Build industry-specific prospecting playbooks
● Create case studies and success stories
● Design ROI calculators and sales tools
● Establish A/B testing protocols for outreach content
Secondary Responsibilities (30% of Role)
Executive & Creative Support
● Manage CEO's calendar and coordinate high-priority meetings
● Create visually appealing sales presentations and proposals
● Design and execute sales enablement materials
● Assist with social media content planning for business development
● Draft compelling email campaigns
● Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
Required Qualifications
● 2+ years of B2B sales development experience
● Proven track record of building or improving sales processes
● Experience creating sales enablement content
● Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
● Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Technical Skills
● LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
● HubSpot CRM system and sales automation platforms
● Basic graphic design capabilities
● Project management tools
● Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
