Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a strong creative experience, someone who understands why ads work, not just how to launch them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to brainstorm, develop, and refine high-performing ad creatives and angles.
• Maintain organized, well-structured accounts with clear naming conventions, testing structures, and workflow systems.
• Analyze data daily to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Update ads, iterate on winning concepts, and manage efficient creative testing cycles.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer, funnel, and product to inform creative direction.
• Track KPIs rigorously and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging paid media opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience running successful campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop (required).
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel, attribution, and conversion principles.
• Ability to structure campaigns for scale, testing, and profitability.
• Ability to evaluate and ideate winning hooks, angles, and ad concepts.
• Strong pattern recognition for high-performing creatives.
• Competency in reading data, interpreting signals, and making fast optimization decisions.
• Experience collaborating with editors or creators to refine ad creative.
