As a Media Buyer, you’ll partner with founders and marketing teams to drive revenue through strategic paid campaigns, owning everything from launch and optimization to performance analysis and creative testing. You’ll take a data-driven approach to improve CAC, scale winning campaigns, and maximize ROI, with the support of structured systems, ongoing coaching, and a dedicated Success Manager.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity designed for impact, growth, and direct influence on business and revenue performance.

About the Role

This role focuses on Facebook/Instagram Ads performance, campaign optimization, analytics, and creative strategy collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing CAC, leading testing strategies, and translating performance data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Own and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with expansion into TikTok as a secondary channel
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across audiences, creatives, copy, and funnels to continuously improve performance
  • Analyze campaign data daily and weekly, tracking key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Build and optimize tracking systems (pixels, events, attribution) to ensure accurate performance measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house content creator to refine hooks, messaging, and creative iterations based on performance data
  • Identify scaling opportunities and allocate budgets strategically to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights and communicate updates to the founder on a regular cadence
  • Create and execute a 30/60/90-day plan, including quick wins and long-term growth strategies
  • Continuously monitor trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to refine campaign strategies
  • Take full ownership of paid media performance, making proactive optimizations and strategic decisions independently

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media buying, with deep expertise in Facebook Ads (must-have)
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling performance-driven campaigns with measurable CAC improvements (must-have)
  • Fluency in Spanish (must-have)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking setup, attribution models, and performance reporting
  • Experience running or testing TikTok Ads (preferred)
  • Experience working with LATAM markets or audiences (preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams and provide performance-driven feedback on ad creatives
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and strategic thinking
