Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding account details, banking products, and online services.
• Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking platforms and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot problems and address customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and product updates to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
