Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
• Provide support for account management, billing questions, and service issues.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and guide them through product features.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay updated on the company's offerings and industry trends to provide effective communication and assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and provide a positive customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
