Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed customer assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the IT support sector, is preferred.
