We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Slovak and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be the voice of our company for Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide timely and informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
