• Resolve complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for ongoing service improvement.

• Stay updated on energy regulations, services, and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
