Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding ride-sharing services, driver availability, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide accurate information on service features, pricing, safety protocols, and promotions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ride requests, payments, and user accounts.
• Manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service processes and improve user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, service updates, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service related to technology or transportation services is preferred.
