Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related field.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to clients.
