In this position, you will assist clients in Dutch, helping them navigate our platform and optimize their marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform, features, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide guidance on account management, campaign setup, and effective use of digital marketing tools.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their marketing campaigns.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to provide relevant advice and solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the digital marketing or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
