Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to tech products, services, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with account management, product setup, and technical issues.
  • Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and available support services.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and enhance customer service.
  • Stay updated on the latest tech trends and company offerings to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
