Our client is modernizing agent operations through a suite of SaaS tools including agent websites, commissions dashboards, CRM integrations, marketing automation, analytics, billing systems, artificial intelligence, and custom internal applications.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Typescript
- Strong backend experience — building APIs, integrating third-party services, securing data flows.
- Comfortable with Postgres + SQL, and BigQuery.
- Experience with Dockerized services and cloud deployment (Cloud Run, ECS, Lambda).
- Familiarity with Terraform and IaC best practices.
- Strong ability to read and maintain complex codebases.
- Ability to work across the whole stack with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, PostHog, Segment, etc).
- Experience with automation systems or backend task runners.
- Understanding of marketing automation systems (Mautic) is a plus.
- Experience with real-time dashboards or streaming (Pub/Sub, Kafka, Redis).
Responsibilities:
Full Stack Feature Development:
- Build new features in Next.js and in various microservices.
- Develop and maintain agent dashboards, onboarding flows, and multi-tenant admin tools.
- Improve website performance, caching, SEO, and accessibility.
- Create scalable APIs connecting agent tools, CRM, billing, and analytics.
- Implement testing, error handling, and monitoring across services.
Backend & Integration Work:
- Manage integrations with GoHighLevel, Mautic, ByDesign, Pulley, iPipeline, ARW, PostHog, and others.
- Maintain API Gateway and event-based workflows.
- Implement secure, reliable syncing between internal systems and external CRMs.
- Build structured data pipelines moving data between integrations, data lake, and analytics-ready data warehouse.
System Architecture & DevOps:
- Contribute to Terraform modules for provisioning GCP/AWS infrastructure.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and multi-environment deployments.
- Performance tune serverless micro-services, database queries, and API latency.
