Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Head of Growth (Web 3 Portfolio) to lead Wallet Vs Web3 portfolio expansion. This role demands deep expertise in Web3 growth strategies, especially within the crypto wallet ecosystem, with a sharp focus on budget allocation, return on investment driven spending, and innovative user acquisition tactics tailored for Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Wallet Vs growth strategy for the Web3 portfolio, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention in crypto wallets and related products.
• Own the budget planning, allocation, and optimization for growth campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI within Web3 channels.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, including decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, DAOs, and Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols to craft targeted growth initiatives.
• Understand and navigate the unique dynamics of crypto wallet user behavior and acquisition funnels, tailoring growth strategies accordingly.
• Build and nurture partnerships within the Web3 community, including influencers, protocol teams, and ecosystem projects to amplify Wallet Vs reach.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities in Web3, adapting growth tactics proactively.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align growth efforts with product development and business objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing growth team focused on Web3 channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on growth or marketing experience within the Web3 and crypto wallet sector.
• Proven expertise in budget management and performance marketing specific to Web3 channels and audiences.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, protocols, and user profiles, with first-hand experience in executing growth strategies tailored to crypto wallets.
• Strong network and relationships within the Web3 industry, especially among crypto wallets, blockchain projects, and key influencers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and driving growth initiatives from 0 1.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex metrics and optimize campaigns for scalable growth.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
