Tech Lead FullStack (AWS)

Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead – AWS with a strong fullstack background to join a fast-growing startup environment. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, playing a key role in shaping architecture, code quality, and team growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices and high-quality code
• Develop fullstack solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based architectures
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
• Actively contribute to technical and product decision-making

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Good experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role
• Experience managing and mentoring people
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup
• Must be based in Portugal
