Product Manager

Job Description

Our client is transforming fleet insurance from reactive to real-time, using fleet-specific data to make coverage transparent, fair, and efficient while rewarding safer driving and preventing losses. They are looking for a Senior, hands-on Product Manager who combines deep technical project/program management expertise with strong product management skills. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives execution with rigor, and can manage complex stakeholder landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive efficiency and execution cadence through structured follow-up, pace-setting, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery against tight deadlines.
• Own conceptual product work including feature discovery, design, and translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear requirements.
• Support product strategy and roadmap planning, including prioritization, milestones, and release planning.
• Lead customer interactions and expectation management across large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Assertively secure prioritization, decisions, and commitments internally and externally, being direct and demanding when necessary.
• Maintain strong documentation and operational rigor, including meeting agendas, facilitation, note-taking, action tracking, and ensuring closure on next steps.
• Travel independently to customer sites as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in technical and enterprise environments.
• Strong project/program management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in documentation and operational processes.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to customer locations.
