We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join as a strategic hiring partner to the business. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, results-oriented, has a bias toward action, is exceptionally curious, adaptable, and truly excited about Tala’s mission! You will help shape our organization by sharing our company's story, vision, and culture both internally and externally.
What You'll Do
Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering
Own the candidate experience from first engagement through to the interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround
Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business by coaching hiring managers & interviewers on best practices, and making sure we’re delivering a consistently exceptional candidate experience
Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity
Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities.
What You'll Need
Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment
Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets
Ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities
