As part of our growing BPO company, you will lead a talented team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of NeoWork.
Your expertise will be vital in developing strategic plans aimed at optimizing our operational workflows, managing team performance, and implementing industry best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and performance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environment
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead under pressure
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
- Must have reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
