You will be the local face and strategic partner for our global corporate customers in Australia. Your mission is to own the local relationship, ensure seamless program implementation, and, crucially, manage the local relationship for an important global client based in the region.
What You'll Bring to the Team
As an autonomous and proactive professional with a background in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or broader mental health services sector, Your Experience of 2-4+ years managing large corporate client relationships, Ideally with 2 years specifically within an EAP or comparable Mental Health Services setting and a suitable qualification/background in Psychology or Mental Health, you will be the bridge between Local and global Clients and Lyra´s Mission to bring mental health services arround the globe.
Your Excellent presentation skills and credibility will represent Lyra to senior local customer representatives with an Exceptional highly positive and energetic approach to client interactions.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Account Management: Manage local relationships and act as the primary contact for our most important global customer local teams in Australia, in addition to new and existing corporate clients.
Client focused: To respond to client needs and crises when required, ensuring immediate and the best local support, managing a flexible schedule to ensure clients receive support when needed.
Implementation & Program Launch: Collaborate closely with the Global and Local Account Consultants to ensure successful program launches and ongoing, high-quality service delivery.
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage local account risks, collaborating with the Customer Success Team to convert potential issues into strategic opportunities.
Market Strategy & Promotion: Leverage your knowledge of the Australian mental health landscape to advise customers on service promotion and appropriate interventions.
