 Are you passionate about great entertainment and helping others? On behalf of a BPO client, we’re looking for motivated Danish-speaking individuals to join the customer support team. Based in beautiful Greece - with the option to work remotely across the country - you’ll be assisting subscribers with everything from payment inquiries to streaming troubleshooting. If you’re tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to start an exciting international career, this is your chance to combine work with your love for TV shows and movies!

What you will do:

• Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
• Answering how-to questions about payment
• Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
• Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements

• Fluent Danish speaker
• Fluency in English
• Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge/tech savviness
• Being a TV shows fan will be considered as an extra asset!
• Relocation to Greece
• EU Passport holder
