About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) to support customers remotely from Turkey. You'll ensure every customer query is handled efficiently and with care.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via email, phone, and live chat.
Manage and document issues in CRM tools.
Offer guidance and solutions for technical or account matters.
Provide feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
German at C2 level, English at C1 level.
Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Stable internet and ability to work independently.
