Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients in the AI technology sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries regarding product features, functionalities, and usage to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technology and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tech or AI-related roles, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset when addressing customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
