Travel Customer Support Representative Dutch Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Start Date: January 2026
Relocation Package: Relocation bonus + 3 weeks of hotel accommodation
Eligibility: EU passport or valid Greek residence card required

We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Travel Customer Support Representative to join a well-established international company in Athens. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin 2026 with a new professional challenge while gaining valuable international experience in the travel and customer service sector.

Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that new team members are fully supported as they integrate into their role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat

• Support clients with reservations, payments, itinerary questions, and general travel inquiries

• Ensure clear, courteous, and professional communication at all times

• Identify and report customer insights to contribute to service improvements
