Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our clients to engage a qualified Website Support Specialist to address website downtime and functionality issues. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of quickly diagnosing problems and restoring stable website operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve website downtime and performance issues
• Restore and ensure full website functionality
• Identify root causes and recommend long-term preventive solutions
• Implement fixes efficiently while maintaining best practices

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in website support, maintenance, and recovery
• Strong understanding of web hosting environments and common website issues
• Ability to work independently and meet established timelines
• Excellent technical and communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Hands-on experience with WordPress
• Familiarity with Wix website platforms
• Experience with server management and hosting providers
• Ability to start immediately is an advantage
