- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to sharpen customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
- No experience in customer service is required; this position is ideal for recent graduates or those seeking a career change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment.

- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital communication tools.
