In this role, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers who require assistance with their household appliances. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for domestic appliances to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose appliance issues, conduct troubleshooting, and guide customers through resolution steps.
• Create and manage support tickets efficiently to track customer interactions.
• Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of various domestic appliances.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer queries and feedback for quality assurance.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and best practices in the domestic appliances sector.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the domestic appliances industry.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting using digital communication tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing customer cases.
• A strong customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude.
