We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, playing a key role in qualifying leads and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. An organized, communicative, and proactive person willing to manage their pipeline, analyze data, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, ultimately contributing to the growth of the Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Managing the qualification of leads entering the sales funnel through various sources, such as the Axur website, MDR efforts, and referrals;
- Administering and monitoring your pipeline within the CRM, tracking metrics and performance;
- Analyzing company information and history in the funnel to prepare qualification meetings and tailored messages via WhatsApp;
- Collaborating closely with the sales team by delivering qualified leads and providing all necessary information for seamless handover;
- Leading initiatives with the Marketing team to boost performance and enhance customer experiences;
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation within the CRM;
- Participating in industry events such as Mind the Sec and Febraban Tech, representing Axur and expanding networks.
Requirements
Indispensable Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM tools;
- Experience or deep knowledge in lead qualification;
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience qualifying leads via WhatsApp;
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
