We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As a SDR, you will play a critical role in sourcing qualified opportunities and building a strong pipeline to support our growth objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth company while advancing your career. The ideal candidate is an experienced content creator and networker, with solid marketing skills and a friendly personality.

Requirements

  • Actively conduct 50 to 100 outbound activities per day, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Screen and qualify outbound leads through effective communication and discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with XDS strategy teams to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate reporting, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff process for new customers.
  • Maintain accountability for achieving daily and weekly activity metrics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customer acquisition process and contribute to the company’s rapid growth.
  • Create content about our services for email and social channels

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Experience creating engaging online content and a strong social media presence
  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling systems such as Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.
  • An engaging, friendly disposition
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
  • Highly ambitious and goal-driven, with a proven desire to exceed performance targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, pharma and medical device industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM tools is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity and comfort using AI tools to generate content, such ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Experience in B2B sales or business solutions is a plus.
