Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Finnish, assisting with inquiries, product information, and service requests.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with the brand.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex matters and track progress towards resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to offer informed assistance.
• Engage proactively with customers, ensuring personalized service that meets their needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skillset and understanding of customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and solid English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of connecting effectively with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle inquiries efficiently.
• A genuine interest in the brand and its products is a plus; training will be provided for all candidates.
